Originally from Hong Kong, Betty moves to Ventura, CA in 1982 with her family after she finished her high school education. She moved to San Jose and graduated with a BS in in Business Accounting degree at SJSU in 1986. Betty bought her first home at age of 22 which ignite her passion in real estate ever since. As a retired corporate accountant in 2017, Betty worked many years for the same company in both Southern & Northern CA Locations. She gained valuable real estate and finance knowledges to help with the purchase of company buildings and warehouses as well as LLC and property management during this time. Betty is committed to make every real estate transaction as smooth & stress-free as possible for her clients. She is hard working, very honest with attention to details and always go above and beyond to exceed her client’s expectations. She has a unique understanding of CA real estate market, having been living in OC, Inland Empires, Beach cities and the Bay Areas. At her free time, she enjoys gardening, yoga & natural outdoor activities with her husband & family as well as volunteering in the community library & parks & recreations.
